Ahmedabad witness land deals worth Rs 1000 crore along SG Highway

Whether it's called the revival of real estate or a boom period for developers, Ahmedabad has experienced the largest land transactions totaling over Rs 1000 crore in just two weeks, following a two-year downturn. Most of these transactions are in the Gota area, near SG Highway.

In real estate circles, two significant land deals exceeding Rs 350 crore have become widely discussed. According to sources, HN Safal, Gala Group, and Goyal Group are involved in a joint deal for a 42,000 sq yard land parcel near the Gota flyover.

Similarly, Shanku’s Party Plot, measuring 28,000 sq yards, has reportedly been sold for a record price of Rs 1.25 lakh per sq yard. The total sales amount is estimated to be over Rs 350 crore.

Uday Vora from HN Safal Group confirmed the news. “We have yet to decide on the type of project we plan to launch there. However, it will be a combination of commercial and retail development,” Vora stated.
